  1. Locate your model and serial number (or IMEI for phones). on mobile check Settings > About phone or dial *#06#; on TVs and appliances the model/serial is on a sticker on the back or side panel.
  2. Step 2. Go to samsung.com/us/support/service and sign in with (or create) a Samsung Account so the request is tied to your registered product — or proceed without an account.
  3. Step 3. Click 'Request Service' / 'Request a Repair', enter the model/serial or IMEI, describe the symptom, and choose mail-in or in-home service depending on the product.
  4. Step 4. Provide proof of purchase if warranty status needs verifying, then confirm and track the request under My Page > Products.
