Steps to file your Samsung warranty claim
- Gather your proof of purchase. Find a dated proof of purchase — receipt, order confirmation email, or a card statement showing the Samsung purchase. The warranty starts from that date, so it's the one thing you can't skip.
- Locate the serial and model number. Samsung ties warranty status to the serial number. Check the device, its box, or the order email, then note the model too.

- Describe the defect and get a case number. Explain the fault clearly (photos help), confirm it's a covered manufacturing defect, and write down the case, reference or RMA number you're given.
